We spent a fabulous week at this condo. It was well equipped for what we needed. We enjoyed the deck and it's view of the sunset. Several things cpuld use updating however The temperature regulators in both showers need to be replaced. It was a challenge to shower in them and get a steady stream at a steady temp Easy fix.Thanks for everything

Nice Beach in a nice neighborhood

The living and dining area of the unit was nicely furnished and updated. Most of the furniture on the deck was very weathered (some rusted and non-usable). Overall, it was a nice location steps from a very nice beach.

Beach Holiday

Nice condo 2 bedrooms and 2 baths kitchen was nice but needed more utensils, cutlery. Balcony was nice and had a small view of the beach. Easy access by car to local sites and attractions however no close restaurants to walk to. Overall would stay here again, units 1,2 and 3 will have unfettered beach views FYI.

Living on the beach for a month

We really enjoyed our stay on the beach in this property. It was very much what was advertised and there were no real surprises. The electronic keypad made getting into the condo super easy and the fact we didn't have to always carry a key was nice. We stayed for a month so we did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had updated appliances and plenty of cookware, plates and utensils. The condo has plenty of room and it couldn't be any closer to the beach. Our only wish was maybe the patio furniture could be a little more updated. One of our biggest complaint was there is no recycling. We drove all of our recycling weekly to a local faculty that was 5 miles away.

Great view

Great view. Easy access to beach. Has a wonderful deck but is very cluttered with miscellaneous worn out furniture that makes the deck an obstacle course. The kitchen is nicely updated. However the rest of unit needs updated. It’s very outdated. We didn’t use the hallway bathroom shower r/t the drain appearing very corroded with debris. No Tv in second bedroom. We was ONLY provided with 4 bath towels!!!! So was washing towels daily. I have never rented and only received 4 towels. On our last day 2 girls were attempted to come to our unit. Come to find out it was owners family. Not very good feeling that random people are showing up to the unit that you paid for. I contacted V trips & received a follow up call from them the following day. I have never left negative reviews but this was unacceptable. Never heard anything else about our random visitors. I felt like the owner should have apologized.

Great Location

The location was wonderful, just a few feet from the beach. We loved watching the sunset from the deck. The beach was very private and beautiful. Getting into the property was challenging. The wooden door to the deck was closed. The string that led to the latch to open it was inside the gate. My husband figured out away to reach it. Overall, our experience was very pleasant.

Beautiful Stay

We had a great time in Indian Shores. The area is low-key with some very good restaurants around. The condo is very nice and updated. The location is super--although you are second row, you have a nice view of the ocean out the front door and you can hear the waves. There is a fairly long outdoor stairway to the condo--it is essentially on the third level--so carrying 40-50 lb suitcases to the condo could be a challenge for some. The outdoor balcony is great for sitting in the morning and later afternoons, listening to the waves. The balcony is beginning to get a bit cluttered with miscellaneous furniture--it might be time to remove some. It is probably 30 steps from the end of the stairwell to the sand and another 30 steps or so through the dunes to the beach. The kitchen is well-stocked and we cooked some breakfasts and one dinner there--it worked out well. All and all, a very nice time!

Good location steps from beach Had no ac for for 4 days of our stay. Owner did provide temp ac and had the unit replaced on the last day of our stay. Could have been cleaned better had burned out light bulbs a lights that didn't work

Great beach views and awesome sunsets

We stayed a week. Loved the super-sized porch for reading and watching the sunsets! Well equipped kitchen (even a crock pot)! As this unit is on the top/2nd floor, there are many steps (20-25) up to the unit so consider that if you have mobility issues.

Great rental

Loved the large deck, the quick walk to the beach, and the updates to the kitchen. It would be great if we had a few more bath towels, and some more cooking utensils including a real nonstick pan. Otherwise, it was fantastic and very peaceful!

Perfect for our family of 4!

We prepare the majority of our meals on vacation. So the beautiful kitchen was perfect for us. We didn’t have to pack lunches because we were right on the beach. It’s quiet. It’s not in a mega condo. Neighbors were kind and helpful. We will book again!

A few steps to Paradise

This property is not beach front. It has a beach sideview between two buildings. You can see the beach from the living room and partial view from master bedroom. The downstairs neighbors are fulltime residents and will entertain you with their radio. They are great! Best part about this place: About 25 steps to the sand! We swept and found dog food and other junk under the sofas which were not from our stay. I cleaned everything again due to Coronavirus, but overall it was already pretty clean minus the stuff under the furniture. Nice appliances including a dishwasher. There are a few beach chairs and toys in the unit. The lights in the bathrooms are super annoying as they are motion activated and operate on a very brief timer which we could not figure out how to override. This made showers an adventure. In spite of these few bumps, we enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Quiet Oasis

Stay for kidney donation

Stayed at this property following my kidney donation surgery. Great viewed but there is construction going on right next door! Very loud. Made it difficult to rest. Light switches keep going off while in shower. Beds are extremely uncomfortable!!! Very hard. Like sleeping on rocks!

The unit is in good condition and well located.

We enjoyed our stay at Indian Shores with direct access to the beach and easy access to Clearwater and St Pete. There was a water leak problem with the washer in the unit that unfortunately took several days to resolve. We made a request to management for compensation for the inconvenience and have not received a final response one way or the other in two weeks. It is unacceptable not to have a reasonable response in a timely manner.

The location is right on. It had all we needed. Beautiful condo. There could be better instruction on the entrance code, we had to figure it out. Would prefer lights in the bathroom rather than the motion detectors. It turns off when your in the tub or shower because no motion is detected.
