The Botanical Flat 1 is a duplex apartment set over the first and second floors, consisting of a kitchen equipped with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, slimline dishwasher and a coffee machine, and a living/dining room with seating for six guests and a TV. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), a king-size and a second-floor double, serviced by a shower room. Outside there is roadside parking available. Within 0.1 miles, you will find both a shop and a pub and please note that one well-behaved dogs is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Botanical Flat 1 is a charming base for your next getaway in South Yorkshire. Note: The property is accessed via a flight of stairs and may not be suitable for guests with lower mobility. This property has a good house keeping bond of three hundred and fifty pounds. Note: Please note this property sleeps 6 people sharing one bathroom only. The road outside the flat is being resurfaced from 25th March - 9th April 2025 - there will be no parking on the road from 7am to 7pm, there will be parking on other side roads and on Ecclesall Road from 9.30 to 4pm.
