Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. The first floor houses a snug double bedroom, providing a tranquil haven for a restful night’s sleep, complemented by a modern shower room featuring a convenient cubicle shower. Venture downstairs to discover the heart of the cottage, where an open kitchen seamlessly merges with a cosy sitting room. The kitchen is fully equipped, ensuring that preparing meals is hassle-free, if you don’t fancy cooking be sure to check out the local pub and the café next door to it. Out the backdoor is access to the garden, with a lawn that overlooks the surrounding fields.

Embark on scenic walks through the village, immersing yourself in its quaint atmosphere and discovering many paths along the way leading to Derbyshire’s finest countryside. The nearest walking trail is the High Peak trail which can you walk to, if you head towards Buxton on this trail you will pass the entry point for a cute homemade ice cream and café shop. The Monsal Head is another favourite which provides amazing views of the Peak District landscape.
Denver is placed centrally between the towns of Bakewell and Buxton, Bakewell has amazing architecture and is home to the famous traditional Bakewell pudding, Buxton has many independent shops, and places to eat as well as the Buxton Opera House. If you enjoy a leisurely walk around Stately homes take a visit to Chatsworth House and immerse yourself in its history and beautiful gardens. There is something to suit everybody and having a cosy cottage such as Denver to return to at the end of the day is the cherry on the cake.
