Spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a modern design. From your balcony you can see the sea, since it is no more than 8 minutes walk from the waves and sand of the beautiful Bello Horizonte beach. It has fast WiFi, silent A/C and everything you need for a comfortable stay, plus the services of a modern condominium with 3 swimming pools, parks, a fitness area and a shopping mall, all with 24-hour security.
Comfortable and very well located. Nice condo with a very convenient mall aside. Beach is so close and in a quiet and relaxed environment. This is the ideal place to vacation and work in Santa Marta. The main room has a double bed and a private bathroom, and the 2 secondary rooms have two single beds, plus two other full bathrooms.
Recreational area rate: $24,000 COP/person for the entire stay. Pool closed on Tuesdays.
