Costa Blanca, Private Pool, Full Aircon, Sleeps 12
Our modern, fully air-conditioned,5 bedroom pool home is nestled at the foot of the Segaria mountains amongst the orange trees overlooking the beautiful Orba valley.
PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT OUR HOME AND WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES IN OUR HOME.
Our electricity is powered by the sun!
We generate our own solar electricity and use only renewable sources to supplement our energy needs, when required. We have an " AA " rated energy performance certificate.
The house is situated on the edge of the village of Benimeli & is in walking distance to local shops & bars.
The superb Costa Blanca beach of La Deveses is just 7km away from the house and beaches at Javea & Oliva are just 20 minutes drive away.
Enjoy traditional Spanish fiestas that are held in each village around the Orba Valley through the summer months. Benimeli's fiesta is usually held during the 3rd week of August. If you want to be sure not to miss it please confirm the fiesta dates with us before booking
This spacious home has 5 bedrooms & can sleep 12 guests. One baby can be accommodated additionally in a travel cot/crib, which is available at no extra charge.(Please request the travel cot/crib when booking).
The master bedroom is on the ground floor & has a massive superking bed, en-suite shower room with a "rainfall" shower, walk in wardrobe & flat screen TV with English channels and streaming channels via Amazon fire TV.
The remaining 4 bedrooms are on the first floor. Two bedrooms each have a king size bed & the remaining two bedrooms each have a king size bed & a single bed.
There is a second family shower room on the first floor.
There is a beautiful lounge, which enjoys fantastic views across the Orba valley with a 55 inch smart TV with Spanish & English channels and a dvd.
There is loads of dining space. There is a formal dining area or you can eat "Al fresco" under the covered naya, overlooking the pool and the mountains.
There is a modern, fully fitted & equipped kitchen should you wish to prepare a full meal. There is also a clothes washer & dryer so you can keep up with the laundry whilst you are away.
Outside, there is a lovely south facing garden with a 6m x 4m private pool that is just for your use. Our pool uses a saltwater system, which reduces the need to use pool chemicals and leaves the pool water much softer for you to enjoy.
There are plenty of chairs & loungers that you can use to soak up that fantastic Spanish sunshine all day long. There is also an awesome, south facing balcony, which is the entire width of the house, that has great views across the mountains and orange groves.
The village swimming pool, with the fantastic "Bloody Mary's" pool bar and padel courts, the village square and it's shops & bar are all within a few minutes walk.
Other things to note:
GUEST REGISTRATION.
Under Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021 all guests aged 14 or over must register with us for their stay.
We are trying to keep check in contact free and as speedy as possible.
We will email registration forms to the lead guest for completion prior to arrival so that guests can go straight to the house.
The completed registration forms and a scan or photo of each guest's passport or ID document should be emailed back to us at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
Please remember that this is a legal requirement under Spanish law.
SECURITY
There is one outside camera overlooking the naya. There are 2 "dummy" cameras overlooking the garden. There are a number of "PIR" movement detectors throughout the home, which are for the alarm and controlling the air-conditioning.The alarm is switched off during guest stays.
MINIMUM AGE TO RENT
You must be at least 25 years old to rent our home.
The renter must occupy our home throughout the period of the reservation.
QUIET TIME.
Our home is situated in a residential area, please respect our neighbours.
You must refrain from making loud noises or playing music outdoors at any time.
In respect of our neighbours, we have a quiet time between 10pm & 7am each day.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES
Check in time is 4pm on your arrival day.
Check out is 10am on your departure day.
Please adhere to these times as our cleaners are carrying out an enhanced cleaning program between guest stays.
They will be on-site at at 10am & will not finish the clean until 4pm.
WHAT WE PROVIDE.
The home is rented on a self-catering basis.
You will need to provide your own food (including salt, pepper, oil, tea & coffee etc) toiletries & cleaning items (such as dishwasher detergent,
dishwashing soap & kitchen tissue)
We provide 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, hand soap in each bathroom & trash bags in the kitchen and bathrooms. Once these supplies are used you will need to purchase more.
The home will be cleaned before your arrival and after your departure.
There is no daily maid service.
SMOKING
Will do not allow smoking of any substance in our home.
If guests do smoke in our home there will be an additional charge for cleaning.
PARTIES
We do not allow parties or events any kind of event in our home.
PETS
We do not allow pets in our home. If any pet is brought into our home there will be an additional fee of 400 Euros per pet for the extra cleaning required.
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE & EMERGENCIES.
We may need to enter the property during your stay for routine maintenance or emergency situations.
We will do our best to contact you if there is a need to enter the property during your stay to gain your permission for our maintenance staff the enter the home. However, due to operational issues, this will not always be possible.
For this reason, please leave the key in the lock box when leaving the villa to go out for the day.
PROBLEMS
Please report any damage on arrival or within 24 hours of arrival. This is to prevent any damage being charged to your damages deposit on your departure.
In the unlikely event that you have any cleaning issues please report your concerns to us on arrival or within 24 hours of arrival. We will arrange for our property manager to check & re-clean, if necessary. We will not entertain any refunds for cleanliness issues that are not reported within 24 hours of your arrival.
In the event of any equipment malfunction, please let us know immediately & we will get the problem corrected in a timely manner.
