Most of the spaces are on the ground floor, making the property accessible for people with reduced mobility. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped open kitchen that opens into a dining area and a cozy living room, as well as 3 large bedrooms. On the first floor, there is a 4th bedroom with its own ensuite shower room.

The 5th bedroom is located in a small independent studio next to the house, featuring a double bed and its own private bathroom.

The illuminated private pool (12x6 m and 2.3 m deep - open from 15/04 to 15/10) is salt-treated and equipped with an electric cover. Outside, enjoy both a covered terrace and an open terrace with all the necessary garden furniture for relaxing. There is also a pétanque court available. The entire property is fenced, covering an area of 2500 m², and offers exceptional panoramic views of this beautiful region.
