It is part of a newly built villa complex with panoramic sea views, set in unspoiled nature and respectful of the local landscape.

The carefully curated interiors of Bellevue 36A offer an atmosphere of sophistication and comfort. The poolside veranda is perfect for relaxing evenings, while the Mediterranean garden is an oasis of serenity. The spacious living room, with a modern and equipped kitchen, opens onto a veranda with views of the garden and pool. The sleeping area includes a master bedroom and a room with two single beds, both overlooking the garden and furnished with wardrobe closets. A bathroom with a shower completes the interiors.

Bellevue 36A is located in the tourist area of Budoni , renowned for its white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. Budoni, situated in the heart of Gallura, is surrounded by enchanting natural landscapes. Its beaches , such as Budoni Beach and Porto Ainu Beach, offer water activities and relaxation in the sun. The town of Budoni is authentic, with picturesque historic centers and a vibrant nightlife. Local restaurants offer Sardinian cuisine, rich in authentic flavors. Budoni is also an ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding natural beauties, such as the Tavolara Natural Park and the charming village of San Teodoro. A car is recommended to reach local amenities. Costa Smeralda Airport is about a 30-minute drive away.

Booking Details
The accommodations offered by Klodge are private properties rented out by their owners with the support and mediation of Klodge. As private residences they do not adhere to specific standards or categories and may have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality.
Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term vacation rentals.

If specified, electricity (and sometimes water) costs will be calculated based on actual consumption and must be paid at the end of your stay. Upon arrival, a security deposit will be held on your credit card. The card must be physically present and in your name. Don’t worry: the amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay, but please note that the release time depends entirely on your bank. In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover any expenses.

Tourist Tax – Payable only cash upon arrival.

Arrival Details
After booking, you will need to complete an online check-in process through our dedicated platform. This will require uploading photos of ID and/or a selfie of all the people travelling with you. Your personal data will be handled with care and in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Hosting responsibly in Italy requires signing a short-term rental contract upon arrival. The contract will be in Italian, but we will provide an English courtesy translation before your arrival.

Key collection and document signing will take place at the Klodge reception, located at Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.
Please note that, in accordance with local regulations, a waste sorting system is in place. Be sure to follow the door-to-door collection schedule by purchasing the appropriate waste bags. At the end of your stay, kindly dispose of any remaining waste properly.

Check-in Hours
Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (therefore not at 16:00 sharp), depending on accommodation availability, cleaning schedules, and pre-booked check-in appointments.
Late arrivals (upon request):
* 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM → €40 surcharge
* 11:00 PM – 1:00 AM → €60 surcharge
* After 1:00 AM → Subject to prior agreement
