Absolutely horrific. It was a total bait & switch ~ day before we were to arrive i received a message that due to plumbing issues we would not get the Penthouse apartment. I was assured the apartment we would get was great with a communal rooftop & we would enjoy it. The evening we arrived, we went up to the communal rooftop only to see the original apartment rooftop WE BOOKED & PAID FOR was all lit up with other people in it. THEY COMPLETELY LIED TO US. When i addressed it with the contact person they twisted it around like they didn’t know what i was talking about. Then it was radio silence...until the power went out in the substitute apartment we were in so they had to respond to me. The internet constantly went out as did the power...the television also kept losing signals so it was completely useless. As for the "cleanliness" or lack there of...MOLD all over the shower area, STAINED & MOLDY shower curtain (which to our surprise was also see through from the exterior of the apartment in the hall area), MOLD in the washing machine, disgusting stained sofa...the list goes on. So why did we stay? We had no where else to go & fighting to get a refund would have ruined our vacation. I also didn’t complain to Expedia because I didn't trust the people renting the apartment...afraid of retaliation ~ either robbed or locked out when we were out trying to enjoy our vacation.
