Spinster's Nook
Escape to the country in this stunning thatched cottage.Set in the grounds of the owner’s 15th C timber hall,Spinster’s Nook offers luxurious studio accommodation that's been ingeniously and sympathetically modernised.The parquet flooring has been up-cycled from Cloth Hall and is now warm underfoot.The modern kitchen with its cast concrete worktops and state of the art wet room surround a comfy kingsize bed.Guests also have access to a heated outdoor swimming pool in the warmer half of the year.
The space
This cottage is all on one level. You'll enter from the outdoor seating area into an open plan living area with parquet flooring and underfloor heating throughout the property.
Guests are also free to use the shared fire pit and outdoor heated swimming pool in the Summer months from 20th April - 20th October 9am - 4pm weekdays and 9am - 12pm at weekends.
Living Area:
Has a two seater sofa, coffee table, wall-mounted Smart TV and a drop-leaf dining table with architecturally constructed stools which can be tucked out of the way.
Kitchen Area:
Flagstone flooring and a fitted kitchen with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine with some pods to get you started.
Bedroom Area:
King-size bed with side tables and lighting, an open-fronted wardrobe with hanging rail and shelves and an armchair
Wet Room:
With limestone flooring, a tiled shower area with hand-held attachment, washbasin and w.c.
Garden:
Beech hedge enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and fire pit. Guests also have use of shared seating area around a communal cooking fire pit.

There is one private allocated space close to cottage
Notes: Guests have access to unlimited WiFi, with up to 70mb.

Guests have exclusive access to Spinster's Nook Cottage, private outside area plus one parking space and shared use of the communal seating around the larger fire pit.
Other things to note
In the grounds of Cloth Hall there is other small cottage, sleeping two; Weavers Cottage and also Cloth Worker's Barn, which sleeps six adults and a child in a cot or a put-up-bed. Any combination of properties can be booked as a group to sleep up to 10 guests. Please enquire for availability.
There is and unfenced pond nearby with ducks and a goose. The owner has 2 small dogs. A child is welcome but please make sure they are careful around the pond area.
