Modern but needs serious attention to dirt and broken items

Took over 20 pictures of food on utensils, some type of goo inside top of the microwave that dripped on our food that we threw out, one bedroom remote doesn't work nor does the refrigerator water dispenser, kitchen wall near hub need SCRUBBING, front drape hangs as part is broken, ZERO written instructions or guidance on anything. On the 5th day the host stated that someone could come around and stop the 24/7 blinking on and off of the hall bath lights. Someone cut off the bottom half of the blind over the kitchen sink. Took 3 days to get instruction on how to turn the heat off as it was 24.5 inside. Bed was terribly uncomfortable on the right side (lower & lumpy). Stating this is a 4 star anything is a 100% lie. This place needs SERIOUS PROFESSIONAL CLEANING. Plus, the so-called host stated that we needed to download an app to get instructions-WHICH IS NOT STATED AS A REQUIREMENT. We moved to a REAL 4-star apartment on Castle Road.
