About this property
Puffin House (CW68), Lower Mill Estate, Cotswolds
This property is located within a beautiful, privately owned estate surrounded by acres of nature reserve offering plenty of outdoor activities from biking to paddle boarding. The onsite Spa encourages relaxation with their selection of treatments and pools. To uphold the ethos of the estate, it does not allow for large single sex groups or excessive noise after 11 pm. A code of conduct will need to be acknowledged and signed prior to arrival. Please read carefully the policies stated below before booking.
All our properties at Lower Mill Estate, The Cotswolds and Silverlake, Dorset have strict rules to ensure a family friendly atmosphere. Our properties must strictly be used for holiday purposes only and not for working in and or using to commute to and from a place of work. Stag and Hen parties are strictly not allowed at any of our properties, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you break the estate rules.
OVERVIEW
A contemporary 4 bed detached house offering reverse living accommodation and a hot tub on rear decking overlooking the lake. Two en-suite lakeside bedrooms, further twin bedroom and separate family bathroom to the ground floor, to the first floor can be found a bunk bedroom and open plan living/dining area and kitchen.
ACCOMMODATION
A spacious, modern kitchen offering excellent range of cupboards with built in washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, double oven and gas hob over, microwave. Breakfast bar and stools. Well equipped to accommodate seven guests. Dining table and chairs for six guests.
Two sofas accommodating six guests, coffee table, TV, DVD player and wood-burning stove. Sliding doors leading to the first floor balcony.
Two en-suite bedrooms and one twin room with separate family bathroom to the ground floor. Bunk bedroom to the first floor.
OUTSIDE
The property is set in a peaceful position on the south banks of Clearwater lake and is accessed by footpath and small bridge. The ground floor lakeside deck benefits from dining table and chairs for six. The first floor balcony offers bistro table and chairs overlooking the beautiful water views.

One parking space – please use overflow car park for additional cars

We have Tennis and MUGA counts onsite along with our lakeside nature reserve which is comprised of eight lakes, two rivers and miles of walking trails.
You will also find The Activity Hub onsite and they manage all the equipment hire of bikes, canoes and kayaks - there's something for everyone!
