Comprehensively equipped throughout, very spacious open plan fitted kitchen, dining and lounge benefitting from a pool table!. Master Bedroom (6ft superkingsize double bed) and ensuite bathroom (walk-in shower, sink and toilet). Second bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (one with a double at the base), benefits from a 43 inch Smart TV. Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet).

Parking - One dedicated parking space provided in the developments own secure parking area. (3m x 2.1m) (Restrictions: no vans or motorhomes permitted). Further parking available in the Quay Visitors Multi-Storey Car Park (max height 1.90m / 6ft 2ins) (this would be at guests cost).

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
