Just a hop, skip and jump away are numerous activities on The Quay including Poole Museum, Brownsea Island, Local Ferries, Poole Park, Poole High Street and shopping centre, numerous wonderful restaurants and bars. The Port St James development boasts a tiered communal garden.
Communal entrance with lift or stairway to this 1st floor, two bedroom apartment. Comprehensively equipped throughout, very spacious open plan fitted kitchen, dining and lounge benefitting from a pool table!. Master Bedroom (6ft superkingsize double bed) and ensuite bathroom (walk-in shower, sink and toilet). Second bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (one with a double at the base), benefits from a 43 inch Smart TV. Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet).
Parking - One dedicated parking space provided in the developments own secure parking area. (3m x 2.1m) (Restrictions: no vans or motorhomes permitted). Further parking available in the Quay Visitors Multi-Storey Car Park (max height 1.90m / 6ft 2ins) (this would be at guests cost).
Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Electric Heating. Hairdryer.
