The host canceled last minute

Host was never reached, never answered the phone and cancelled a couple of hours before our arrival and our time in Rome looking for a last minute stay was hell.

Pessima. Il proprietario non è stato mai raggiungibile. Siamo arrivati alla struttura e non esisteva. La disdetta è arrivata alcune ore prima dell’arrivo. Siamo rimasti in strada….per niente affidabile, attenzione!
