Al piano terra si trova un soggiorno con un bel camino rustico, divano, poltrone e Tv, una grande cucina in muratura, sala pranzo , bagno con doccia e lavatrice, camera con letto matrimoniale, stanza di passaggio con 2 letti singoli. La cucina è dotata di fornello a 5 fuochi , forno e macchina caffè elettrica. Al 1 piano, dispone di 2 ampie camere ciascuna con letto matrimoniale di cui 1 anche con letto singolo, bagno con vasca e 2 lavabi, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, terrazza attrezzata con tavolo per pranzo e cena.
Piscina 8x16 (no uso privato), pergolato di vite americana e glicine, con ombrelloni, sdraio e lettini, doccia esterna.
