The garden cottage is a charming holiday cottage near Braunton sleeping 5 people in 3 bedrooms, perfect for friends or families looking for a coastal holiday in North Devon. You can enjoy the peace and quiet countryside of Boode on your doorstep with the coastal scenery in the distance, only a short drive away to the popular beaches of Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe.

Family Bathroom: Shower, wash basin, w/c.

There is a large garden with garden furniture and an abundance of blooming flowers perfect for alfresco dining after a day at the beach. Please note the garden is not fully enclosed. To the front of the main farmhouse (occupied by the owners) is parking for 2 cars in designated parking spaces.
Electric central heating, electricity, gas, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi Included. Travel cot and highchair (available on request). DVD player and iPod dock. Welcome pack. Large, lawned garden with patio, barbecue, and furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Dog friendly, £30 fee. No dogs on furniture or upstairs. Please note: Natural water supply from borehole. Gas powered log burner - annually serviced and safety certificated - we suggest not available for use in June July and August.
