This s a great 3 storey family house with 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms and a parking space at the rear by the sun terrace, overlooking the harbour and all the way up the coast to Flamborough Head in the distance.
The Space:
There are two double bedrooms, a King bedroom and an ideal children's bedroom with bunk beds. It has recently been refurbished and modernised throughout. It is very much a 21st century house with a cosy family feeling.
The are three bathrooms with showers, one on each level, a top floor lounge with stunning views and a large kitchen/dining room which opens out onto a sun terrace over looking the harbour and the steps down to the quayside.
Guest Access:
Their is a key box at the front of the property to allow acces and further on street parking if required. We can provde permits for this to remove restrictions.
The Neighborhood:
St Marys Walk is in the old town of Scarborough ad leads up to St Marys church, under the old castle. Number 39 is at the top of the old stairs that lead down from the Church to the quayside below.
