Spacious, good location; dated, inconvenient check in.
I want to leave a thorough review as there were none when I booked the apartment. The good: it's very centrally located, we found a metro nearby and walked to the Sagrada Familia. Many places to eat nearby, coffee shops, supermarkets and so on. It's got three rooms so plenty of space for a family to sleep, ok beds. Some noise from the street and nearby preschool, but not too much. Lots of space, wifi worked, good tv. Average: it's fairly dated, everything looked a bit stale. We were able to cook and store food which was convenient. Washed clothes (old washer and did not work at first, no instructions), but nowhere to hang clothes afterwards as someone's sheets and clothes were on terrace. Communication was through Whatsapp and they did respond to basic questions, and were friendly. Not very good: self check in, we did not meet the host. We had to stop at a small random store along the way to get keys. It worked ok as we took an uber but would be really inconvenient if you were taking public transport as not close to each other. Shower didn't always work, some days cold water, both the faucet and shower did not drain well. Needs a lot more cleaning, specially bathroom, (mildew and perhaps mold). I lost something and looked under the bed, full of dust. The largest bedroom had no storage for clothes (hangers or armoire). Overall, was ok for a big city, but I would not recommend for more than a few days if really wanted to be close to Sagrada Familia.
