About this property

The Grape House has an open floor plan, spacious 400 square foot private guest house. Nicely decorated with a brick floor, full kitchen & full bath with a washer/dryer. It is located walking distance from Historic downtown Prescott. At most a 10 minute walk to courthouse square. Bright & Cheary with everything needed except you and your food. The only step is at the front entry gate with off street parking beside the concrete driveway by the sidewalk.

Hiking with the Hound

My daughter and I came from out of state so that she could go to a nearby Nike running camp. I stayed in the Grape house with my Brittany. We hiked everyday and checked out the local dog parks. We loved it, Prescott is as dog friendly a place as I’ve been. The house was as cute as could be and the location was 10 minutes from all the hikes as well as close enough to walk to the town square. I’ve got the Grape House bookmarked for a return visit!

Almost perfect

We needed a pet friendly base to explore Prescott. Nice fenced patio area. Well stocked kitchen, clean, with comfy bed. Quiet neighborhood downtown with walking distance to pet friendly restaurants and courthouse square. Only complaint is the “Victorian theme” and small space did not have reasonable and comfortable seating for reading and TV watching. Could use a chair upgrade.

Grape House!

Great place!

The Grape House is a nice place! Location! Comfy! Well-Stocked, Off-Street Parking, and Purple EVERYTHING!! Other than dirty floor (we wore socks due to cold weather and brick floors, and our socks became quite dirty) the place is old, but well-cared for.

Very nice stay and such a vintage look! Only thing i would add is parking so near road and not able to see oncoming cars. Possibly a mirror to show cars are approaching. And also not handicap accessible. But i managed.

A sweet lavender

What a dreamy little cottage. We slept sooo well…Suzanne was so very attentive to our needs. The location is perfect, we walked to all our favourite places. The patio is so inviting, we had our family gathering outside ( my favourite.)🌷🌳🌷

Peaceful

I had a sad loss in my family and was looking for a peaceful getaway. The Grape House was just the place. It is bright and cheerful. Being able have my small dog with me at this time was important. The fenced area was perfect for her. Sitting either outside or inside with my book was just what I needed. The court house lawn was our favorite morning destination.

Tournament Stay

Father's Day Weekend

I took my husband to Prescott for FD weekend, the grape house is a nice one room house with private entrance and a side patio (it gets super dark at night we were sitting on the patio and a animal ran past me on the back wall touched me I screamed lol jump out of my seat we only sat out there that one time my advice bring a little lantern or light of some sort you wont regret it. Overall it was nice, the parking is for small cars I drive a chevy traverse and it barely fit in the spot and I would back in as backing out is quite scary with the bushes and you cant see what is coming. We would come back here for sure.

Small quaint house perfect for two people with everything you need.

My wife and I are completing a Home outside of Prescott and come into town quite frequently. Susanna, the guest host, was very responsive and easy to get a hold of with any questions we had. Would not hesitate to stay at the Grape house again.

It was a nice place to stay. The parking was scary as you had to back out into traffic. On a slant which was not the best for parking. It was quiet for the most part.

Great location, we loved Prescott

The Grape House is great for a few nights stay for two people. It is close to downtown Prescott and easily walkable. Reason for 4* rating is quite a lot of the crockery needs to be replaced as badly chipped. The parking space for The Grape House needs extra gravel as it is quite a deep dip to get into and out of it.

Cute Cottages

My husband and I loved this cottage. It is decorated charmingly. The bed is very comfortable. There’s plenty of hot water for a nice shower. Very close to the downtown area too. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a weekend getaway. We look forward to staying there again!

Great little spot

It is a perfect spot if you need a small one room "home base" that has everything you need but nothing you don't. I needed a place to stay for a few days to work in Prescott and it was perfect for me. It was comfortable, accessible, quiet, had a full size fridge, small kitchen, hot water in the shower with good water pressure, comfy bed and a warm central heater. TV had Netflix, which was nice touch. It will top my list of options when I return to Prescott.
