Studio located on the 4th floor and equipped with a sofa bed (2 persons) and a closet bed (2 persons).  There is also a cosy living room, which has full-width wall-to-wall windows, opening onto the sun-facing terrace, which offers a magnificent sea view.  There is a modern fitted kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. This fully renovated studio is located on the seafront and near a tram stop.
