Duplex located on the 4th and 5th floor and equipped with 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with bunk beds).  Furthermore, there is a cosy living room (sofa bed for 2 persons), opening onto the beautiful terrace with side sea view, a bathroom with bath (with shower possibility) and a separate toilet. On the 5th floor there is an open kitchen with a cosy dining area and 2 spacious sun-facing roof terraces. Close proximity to shops, tram stop, seafront promenade and beach.  To reach the apartment one can take the elevator to the 4th floor. Between the 4th and 5th floors, there are 16 more steps on the stairs.  Wifi: yes - garage: included - sheets: bring your own - towels: bring your own.
