Seaview Summer Retreat

I am from Lincoln in the East of England, but I have travelled all over the world since birth as my father was in the RAF.
I was a graphic designer with Lincolnshire County Council and then travelled to the Middle East where I was Production Manager for BA Middle East and Produced the first telephone directory for the Sultanate of Oman including Yellow Pages.
Now retired I am still very creative and paint, draw and dressmake my own clothes.
I bought the villa many years ago, as the area is so lovely and I have had guests returning since I started letting it out.

The villa is in a quiet residential area and is within walking distance from the beach.
You can see the sea from the balcony and there are local restaurants, shops and bars also nearby.

I have continually updated the property since purchase. It has a totally new luxury kitchen with a fully stocked cupboards. New bathrooms and recently tiled swimming pool. The exterior walls and roof are fully insulated making it cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. The gardens are also kept neat and tidy with several flowering plants, sunbeds and chairs.
I have tried to make the villa a 'home from home' as some of my guests stay for long periods of time, as they think of it as their second home.
You can travel to many areas in Cyprus from the villa location as it is close to the main motorway. Also near to the old Pissouri village with many bars and local restaurants. There is also an old Amphitheatre which has been renovated and holds shows during the summer.
