The Space:
The property is wonderfully equipped and furnished to a high standard, making it perfect for group holidays, family gatherings, or short breaks with friends. Enjoy the spacious living areas, luxurious en-suite bathrooms, and a master bedroom with a private lakeside balcony.

The third bedroom can be set up either as a super kingsize bed or two singles, and there is a ground floor kingsize bedroom with an ensuite for anyone who might have difficulty with stairs.

You'll also love the large enclosed decking area, which has seating for six, a Weber charcoal BBQ, and a large hot tub for your enjoyment.

Guest Access:
Mallard is just a short walk away from the charming villages of South Cerney and Cerney Wick, where you'll find some fabulous country pubs, local amenities, and plenty of country charm.

Our properties are your perfect gateway to The Cotswolds, located just 4 miles from Cirencester and less than an hour away from Bath, Oxford, Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, and Cheltenham.

You can enjoy a variety of activities like water sports, fishing, walking, nature trails and more in the local area, or you can simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the hot tub while taking in the beautiful view over the lake.

The Neighborhood:
The home is situated in the middle of Cotswold Water Park - an area of outstanding natural beauty and site of special scientific interest.
Within a few minutes walking or driving there are many activities, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Just on the next lake there are mechanised sports with waterside ski and wake, non mechanised water activities with South Cerney Outdoor. The Cotswold Range provides archery and shooting. Coffee shops on Summer Lake and South Cerney Outdoor provide great coffee and street food as examples.

Getting Around:
A car is ideal to get around as there are so many Cotswold villages and attractions to visit whilst staying with us.

Alternatively the nearest railway station is Kemble, 7 miles away or Swindon 15 minutes away.

There is a local bus route that goes from the end of the lane and goes to Cirencester and Swindon for onward connections.

Dog-friendly stays: 🦴

We’re really happy to say our homes are dog-friendly! You can bring two well-behaved dogs for a small fee of £20 per dog per stay. If you require more, please send our team a message, and we'll review this for you.
