The modern, open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area opens onto a spacious deck perched directly on the water's edge. It's also centrally located, with numerous walking trails at your doorstep, making this haven the perfect place to unwind and explore!

The Space:
Goose Landing boasts a prime position at the lake's edge, offering uninterrupted views of the entire lake and spectacular sunsets.

The lodge features step-free access to both the house and the decking, with a ground floor bedroom that includes an en-suite shower. The downstairs area also comprises an open-plan kitchen, sitting room, and dining area that makes catching up easy!

Upstairs, you'll find four additional bedrooms. These include the master bedroom with an en-suite, two king-size bedrooms, and a twin bedroom. A family bathroom is conveniently located on the landing.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the property entirely for their own use

The Neighborhood:
Our home is in the centre of the Cotswold Lakes/Cotswold Water Park. There are numerous flat walks on your doorstep. Our home is on a small, private, gated estate down a quiet lane. Many of the water activities are only 20 mins walk/5 minute drive away. The villages of South Cerney and Cerney Wick are 5 minutes away and Cirencester, the Roman capital of the Cotswolds, is 10 minutes in a car/4 miles away
