Sea Valley Lodge X - 180 degree sea views

Sea Valley Lodge X offers spacious self-catering accommodation for 10 guests and has splendid 180 degree sea and lagoon views. Guests can easily stroll or drive straight down the valley to Voelkip's sought-after Grotto beach. The house offers ample indoor and outdoor entertainment areas for family and friends to gather and BBQ/braai, featuring a solar-heated swimming pool and large garden for kids to play sports.

The house comprises 5 bedrooms and can accommodate 10 guests. On the first floor, the large, main en-suite bedroom contains a king-size bed neatly overlooking the beautiful blue ocean, and en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. Another bedroom with a queen-size bed and an adjoining bathroom with a shower is offered on this floor. Downstairs, the second and third bedrooms contain a king-size/twin convertible and queen-size beds, respectively. These rooms share an adjoining bathroom featuring a shower. The downstairs area also has a fully equipped kitchenette, a small lounge area and outdoor patio, which is an added benefit for families or teens wanting to be together, yet have their private space too.

Bedroom 5 is a separate en-suite cottage room with mini-kitchenette, a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. This room is ideal for an au pair or nanny for the kids. All the downstairs rooms have tv's with full Dstv channels.

On the upper floor there is spacious tv lounge area with wood-fired fire place and smart tv with Netflix, a dining room area, a fully equipped kitchen and scullery with fridge/freezer, gas hob and electric stove, air fryer, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, a dishwasher and a washing machine. A large, semi-covered balcony with 8-seater alfresco dining table provides stunning sunset dinner moments to end off the perfect day. Guests can also enjoy another 8-seater dining area opening onto the swimming pool. The house includes the downstairs open-plan kitchenette which is fully equipped with a double-burner gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster, and the house's washing machine and tumble dryer.

In addition, the house features an inverter to supply power to the TV's, Dstv, free Wi-Fi and lights during load shedding. A portable gas braai can be found on the balcony, and a built-in wood-fired braai at the swimming pool.

The house offers secure parking for 5 cars and additional free off-street parking, and is secured with all-round walls and an alarm system.

The location offers access to beaches, a number of restaurants, art galleries and coffee shops. It is also not far from the lagoon and scenic walking and mountain biking trails on the mountain.
