The house is equipped with air pump/climate system which cools in summer and provides the heat in the winter and furthermore is energy saving. On the south-facing terrace you will always find a corner with shelter. For children there are swings and sandpit. The large lawn is ideal for ball games or a small healthy badminton match. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
