The living room has direct access to a large activity area with e.g. pool table, table football, and darts. There is a large open terrace and the plot is level and thus suitable for outdoor activities such as ball games (there are 2 small football goals) and playing or just sunbathing and relaxation. Free admitrance to water park. No letting to youth and builder groups.
