About this property

Holiday cottage located in a unique location close to the sea and overlooking the picturesque marina, Marina Minde. There is approx. 100 m to a lovely sandy beach. From the ground floor you have views of the water. Interior floors are partly covered with wood, partly with tiled floor with underfloor heating. The ground floor has a kitchen with all white goods. The living room has a wood-burning stove. The living room has access to the terrace where the views can be enjoyed. Bathroom with 2-person whirlpool, shower and sauna. In addition, scullery with washer and dryer. One bedroom with 2 single beds are on the ground floor. The 2 other bedrooms are situated in the basement and equipped with a double bed. In addition to the 2 rooms is a guest toilet. For children there is great common playground. The house is only approx. 20 km from the Danish/German border and approx. 12 km to the lovely market town Sønderborg. You can read about these inside the Norlys app.
