The house includes a combined living room and kitchen (1 sofa bed), a double bedroom and a 16 m² large mezzanine with two beds and a bathroom. Washing machine and dryer. There is 12 m² terrace approx. 10 m from the water with a wonderful view of life on and around the marina. In addition, 24 m² enclosed patio. At one end of the harbour there is a large harbour bath with changing rooms and sun terrace, and at the other end there is a beach with a jetty.
