On the second floor (with elevator) of a newly built lakefront building, we find one of our best sellers "Smeraldo". As you enter the Smeraldo apartment, you are greeted by an entrance that leads to the sleeping area, harmoniously divided into two comfortable double bedrooms (one with a large double bed, the second to optimize space with a modern and new foldable sofa bed equipped with a topper for maximum comfort. Both rooms are air-conditioned to ensure your comfort at all times. The bathroom, carefully finished, has a toilet, bidet, washing machine, and a spacious shower box for your relaxation. In one of the rooms, you will also find a smart Tv for your intimate evenings.

The living area is an ode to elegance and functionality: the American kitchen corner is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and refrigerator, an ideal peninsula for your breakfasts with a view. The spacious living room is a real slice of paradise, illuminated by three windows that frame nature and the lake, all enriched by a comfortable sofa (which can also be a bed), smart Tv, and air conditioning. All this opens onto a large terrace that invites you to enjoy unforgettable sunset aperitifs while admiring the unparalleled view of Lake Garda.

To complete the picture of perfection, the Smeraldo apartment offers a private garage with double parking space and the convenience of home automation throughout the apartment. And for moments of pure relaxation, you can immerse yourself in the small fantastic pool on the ground floor, shared with other exclusive units.
The entire structure is covered by the latest generation Wi-Fi. Smeraldo is the ideal retreat for adults and families with children over 16 who want to enjoy a holiday away from the daily hustle and bustle.
In this new exclusive structure, we cater to an adult audience; therefore, children are not allowed. The apartment is exclusively non-smoking (except for the terrace where you will find a smoking zone), thus ensuring the purity of the environment around you. Given the newly built context, we regret that pets are not accepted in this structure.We also inform you that in all our apartments there is an active Concierge service. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible and without any stress. For this reason, we offer a personalized welcome service to all our guests. For key collection, we do not use code boxes nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometers.
Starting already from one week before your arrival, you will have at your disposal a dedicated concierge (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, accompany you to the apartment and will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. At the time of departure, the concierge will be there to say goodbye and ensure that your experience has been perfect. The check-in time for this apartment is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM; for arrivals after 7:00 PM and until 11:30 PM, there is an additional fee of EUR 50.00. Pets are not allowed in this apartment; the entire apartment is NO SMOKING
This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of EUR 300; the deposit will be collected at check-in and released in cash on the day of departure in the absence of material damage.
