About this property

The 80sqm apartment is located on the third floor and thanks to the double exposure it enjoys an excellent air response and a very good light.

It consists of a very large entrance where a dining area with kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub and shower has been created.

The property is equipped with every comfort, air conditioning, dishwasher. We are a stone's throw from the Darsena and the large canal, the area is well served by public transport and any type of shop.
