Bright and large living room in open connection with the kitchen and access to a large and partially covered terrace. There are three spacious double bedrooms and a loft with two mattresses. Bathroom with whirlpool and a guest toilet. Good and spacious entrance. The house is located on a large plot with a swing set and plenty of space for ball games. Not for rent to youth and artisan groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
