I saw that there were external reviews on the site, but no internal VRBO reviews and figured I would give the accommodation a chance. Big mistake.I messaged the owner immediately after booking, explaining that my friends & I (all 21) were looking forward to staying at her place & that we were quiet, respectful, and would not cause any issues. No response. I reached out again two days prior to the booking, just in case - no response. The day of the booking, she had not sent any check in information or responses. VRBO support could not contact her.Unfortunately, VRBO support required several hours of phone calls & a direct request to speak to higher management before any actual solutions could be found. It ended up working out, but the experience was horrible. Myself & my friends, who had traveled internationally & locally, were stuck without a place in London until 11PM despite being told that we could check in at 3PM. I'm not sure the actual booking or person exist. I would avoid booking with any non-verified / highly reviewed VRBO hosts / accommodations.
