Composed of: living room with kitchenette and sofa bed; disengagement; bedroom with double bed; bathroom with shower cubicle; large exclusive outdoor area equipped with gazebo, deckchairs and table with chairs. Mosquito nets in windows and entrance doors. Not equipped with air conditioning as the environment is cool. View of the greenery and the pond.
Access for guests
Common space of approximately 5000 m2 with green areas and lawns. Common parking a few meters from the apartment.
In the swimming pool (unsupervised) assigned places with two sunbeds, two chairs, a table and an umbrella. Relaxation area under the gazebo in the pool area.
Other things to keep in mind
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Given the presence of two steps at the entrance, it is not recommended for children under the age of five. Please comply with the rules of coexistence and silence hours (hours after 11.00 pm) in respect of the quiet and relaxation of the Residence. The swimming pool is private and has no lifeguard and it will be up to the guests to tidy up their equipment. The "Pool Regulations" will be provided upon arrival. Tourist tax of 1 euro per person for a maximum of 5 days to be paid at check-in.
