Villa Mathis is a modern residency characterized by a minimalist design, distributed over three distinct floors. The entrance welcomes guests on the ground floor, revealing a part of the sleeping area: a double bedroom suite with private bathroom and terrace overlooking a small portion of garden with green lawn, a second double bedroom suite with internal bathroom and balcony.
On the lower floor, completely windowed, another suite room with private bathroom, equipped with two double beds. The upper floor houses the living area, a bright space that includes the kitchen, dining room and living room with a large panoramic window overlooking a terrace; in front of it you can enjoy a private swimming pool and a spectacular view of the gulf and the port. A French window from the kitchen leads to a further terrace, a staircase leads to the panoramic solarium with relaxation area. A practical service bathroom completes the living area.
Each room is equipped with air conditioning to guarantee comfort in every season; two private parking slots are located in the entrance driveway for easy access from the automatic gate.
