Inside the property the bright, open plan lounge/diner opens out onto a small but perfectly formed covered patio, framed by topical plants, and offering glimpses towards the communal swimming pool. Two good size bedrooms, one double and one twin, offer guests a comfy night’s sleep and lots of storage via the built in wardrobes. Both bathrooms have large walk-in showers, gorgeous contemporary tiles, and handy vanity units under each basin.
Outside, and at the centre of the Essential Apartment complex, the sleek communal pool is surrounded by a secure child safety fence. Adjacent to this is a handy children’s play area with static exercise bike and step machine; meaning that you can burn off those cocktail calories while watching the kids at play!
A handy underground parking space with access via lift or stairs to the apartment makes going to and from the apartment a breeze. Prefer to walk? Enjoy a leisurely up-hill stroll to Javea’s historic Old Town where café and restaurants abound. A general market is held in the main square every Thursday, or there’s the wonderful indoor food market, right next to the church. Sample local hams and cheeses or be brave and try a pitcher of their home-made Sangria (a secret recipe!).
Air conditioning is available throughout the apartment and Fibre broadband is also provided, making this a perfect choice of holiday home for the remote worker, or for the Bloggers who like to upload and share their holiday photos as soon as they're back from the beach!

2/ Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes. Utility usage is payable on departure.
