This immaculate, contemporary terraced home, in a lovely new development, has an open plan kitchen with dining/sitting room with French doors opening on to a secure garden. Upstairs, you will find a family bathroom and two double bedrooms, one set up as a double bed and the other has the flexibility to be a double or twins. There is a downstairs loo, shed for extra storage and parking for 2 vehicles outside the house. With all the essentials and very clean, you will find comfortable beds, lashings of hot water, whizzy wifi and a well-equipped kitchen.
Smarter Rent will ask for some additional guest details such as a copy of your ID & for you to sign a Smarter Rent Agreement (House Rules). This will be sent by a member of the team once your reservation has been confirmed, to make sure our service is what you expect. Over time we have created a few processes to ensure we can deliver a high service level and a great stay for every guest.
