We are delighted to present this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom terraced house offering spacious accommodation throughout in the heart of a modern development within Wokingham, with a delightfully private yet sunny garden. A spacious gem within a cul de sac forming a secure, private and quiet area. Conveniently located for access to the M4 and a short drive to the train station and high street.
The property has a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen paired with a very cosy dining space. Stunning french patio doors allow access to the private garden but also let an abundance of natural light into the property, the first floor provides two spacious double bedrooms, with one en-suite and a fully equipped family bathroom. The property has ample parking close to the property and is fully furnished with all the usual home comforts.
