Nestled between the twin towns of Tynemouth & Whitley Bay, is Cullercoats. Just kick back, relax, and take in the sea air in our stylish flat on the Sea Front. Ideal for couples, our home is not “childproof” but with that being said, all are welcome but sorry, no pets allowed. Our home is exquisitely furnished by Annie Mo’s.
Great location steps away from the spectacular Cullercoats Bay, Tynemouth Longsands, and a short walk to St. George's Church, fine eateries, and the food Co-Op.
The space
The property is a ground-floor Victorian flat with stunning views from Cullercoats south to Tynemouth, to the pier and Castle. It is a lovely two bedroom, 2 bath flat newly appointed.
Guest access
You have access to the entire flat, ground floor, front garden, and back yard.
Additional rules
Permit parking on the street is available in front of the property. You will find our permit secured to a keyring, on a hook in the entryway. PLEASE DON'T TAKE IT WITH YOU, if the permit is lost or taken we will charge you 100 pounds to replace the parking permit.
Additional requests
No pets allowed, no parties, no smoking within the home.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
