This family-friendly holiday home has approx. 100 m². The exclusively furnished living area with access to the terrace with a direct view of Lake Plauer creates a great feel-good atmosphere. Here you can relax on the comfortable couch corner in front of a flat screen TV. The kitchen integrated into this room is equipped to a high standard with a convection oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, 4-zone ceramic hob, plenty of crockery, glasses, cutlery and cooking pots as well as many useful cooking utensils. A dining table offers space for 5 people. There are a total of 2 luxurious bathrooms at your disposal. The high-quality bathroom No. 1 in the top floor offers you a glazed, very spacious shower, designer washbasin, towel warmer and toilet. Bathroom No. 2 on the ground floor has a sink and toilet. Bedroom 1 on the top floor is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a closet for your holiday clothes and a TV. Bedroom 2 on the top floor is equipped with 2 comfortable single beds and a wardrobe. The non-smoking holiday home is perfect for 1-5 people. Parking spaces are available directly at the house. The spacious holiday home was completed in July 2017 and furnished with great attention to detail to be both comfortable and functional.
