Located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, on the outskirts of the North Devon Capital, our home is within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, and attractions, including the Barnstaple Heritage Centre, the Museum of Barnstaple and North Devon, and the Pannier Market.

The North Devon coastline, famous for stunning beaches, where you can surf, sunbathe and enjoy scenic coastal walks, is just a short drive away, with plenty picturesque villages to explore, as well as the rugged beauty of Exmoor close by.

There is nearby access to the Tarka Trail, where you can enjoy the scenery safely along miles of level walking and cycle trails, and you can even hire bikes in Barnstaple so you don’t need to bring your own.

A local tip, find a Hockings Ice-cream van for a taste of the best ice-cream in North Devon at the Sainsbury’s at Roundswell to make your shopping trip a great outing, as well as at various beaches including Westward Ho! and Ilfracombe.
