Sea View Flat Kyma is all about location. Just a few steps from the sea in the famous Tourist area of Limassol.
Sea View Flat Kyma is ideally located near restaurants, bars and coffee shops and in walking distance to popular beach bars. Limassol Marina is 6.9 kms away, My Mall of Limassol is 12 kms away and just outside the property there is the Royal Apollonia Hotel bus stop with buses running every 10 minutes to the town center.
The flat is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator or stairs as an option and consists of 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms.
As you enter the apartment you will find an open plan living area with a nicely designed modern kitchen, fully equipped with everything required for indoor or outdoor dining.
Two of bedrooms have a double bed and an ensuite with a walk in shower. The third bedroom has two single beds and all rooms have beautiful views.
The flat has just been renovated with high end electrical appliances and tasteful furnishing.
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
