Upon entry, the villa greets you with a chic, fully equipped kitchen adorned with modern appliances including a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. To the left, a corridor leads to a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, conveniently located for your comfort.
The ground floor unfolds into an open-plan living and dining area exuding serene beach vibes. A large smart TV with complimentary WiFi and a cozy fireplace create an inviting space for entertainment and relaxation. Two doors from the living room unveil an expansive outdoor area, boasting a spacious garden enveloped by lush greenery and furnished with contemporary outdoor seating—a perfect setting for al fresco gatherings or peaceful moments.
Ascending to the first floor via the staircase, three beautifully appointed bedrooms await your indulgence. Two double rooms feature their own dressing tables, while a charming twin room offers flexibility for guests. Each room is thoughtfully decorated to evoke warmth and tranquility, ensuring a restful stay.
Conveniently positioned just 3 kilometers from Paphos center and within walking distance of St. George's Beach, Azzure Serenity Villa offers proximity to seaside delights. Additionally, it's a short 6 kilometers to Paphos Harbour and only 5 kilometers to the vibrant Kings Avenue Mall, ensuring easy access to entertainment, dining, and shopping experiences.

All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 20 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest. Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
