It is only 550 m walk from the beach of Tabaiba. It has restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and shops a few meters away. The apartment is furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has internet, Smart TV, dishwasher, parking, community pool, and tennis court. This apartment of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is spacious and bright, with a decoration of boho chic minimalist style. The predominant colors are white, beige and brown, with touches of color in textiles and decoration. The living-dining room is the largest space in the apartment. It features a sofa, a dining table for six people, a flat-screen Smart TV and a brand new kitchen with a central island. The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances such as an oven, microwave, fridge, hob and dishwasher. It also has a laundry area with washing machine and space for drying clothes. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The master bedroom has a double bed of 160x200, a wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub and one has a double bed of 160x200 and the other a nest bed of 90x200. The modern and functional bathrooms have a hairdryer. The floors are wooden in the living room and bedrooms, and tiled in the bathrooms. The walls are painted white in most spaces. The furniture is minimalist boho chic style, with simple lines. The textiles are light-colored and printed. The decoration includes elements such as plants and wicker objects. The common areas of the building include a communal pool, and tennis court. The apartment will only be available to guests during their stay. The bedrooms will be adapted according to the number of people included in the reservation for logistical and cleaning reasons. If the reservation is for 1 person or couple the master bedroom will be available, if the reservation is for more than 2 people can tell us which bedrooms they choose.
