About this property
Victor Hugo - Splendid flat near Eiffel Tower
Beautiful flat, entirely renovated by an interior designer. Ideally located between the Eiffel Tower and the Champs Elysées, on the prestigious and elegant Place Victor Hugo. The metro, a supermarket, several nice restaurants, a bakery and lots of shops are just across the street or right around the flat!
The Space:
The flat is on the 6th floor with elevator and a view on Parisian rooftops. It has been entirely renovated with high quality fabrics and material (premium quality bedding).
Fully equipped (kitchen, washing machine, coffee maker, WiFi, etc.)
Possibility to include daily cleaning and change of linen upon request.
Guest Access:
The flat is entirely independent. We live in the same building so we'll be happy to assist you if we can during, before or after your stay! We also leave at your disposal a large space where you can safely store your bags before check in or after check out.
The Neighborhood:
This part of Paris is very fancy and elegant, it's also ideally located near all the main attractions. Lots of shops (Parisian fashion!), restaurants, cafés, etc.
On the Place Victor Hugo itself, you will find an excellent bakery, a supermarket (literally across the street), various restaurants and the metro station. The Victor Hugo avenue has many fancy fashion shops.
Note for runners: you can chose to run in the splendid Bois de Boulogne or along the incredible scenery of the Seine River banks (both options are really near!)
Getting Around:
Metro station ("Victor Hugo" line 2) and bus stops are right across the street. You can also walk a few minutes to the station CHARLES de GAULLE/Etoile (lines 1, 2, 6, RER A and airport shuttle) which is one of the main and most central in Paris. The stations Trocadero (line 9) and Boissière (line 6) are also just a few meters away.
Other Things to Note:
Check in and check out are independent, you will get instructions and codes to retrieve the key from the key locker. We will also send you a very detailed Home Guide containing all the instructions as well as recommendations.
In case you need, you will be able to use our storage closet in the building to store your bags before check in and after check out!
If you're travelling with a baby feel free to ask for a baby cot and any recommendations (with 4 young kids ourselves we know what it is!)
Interaction with Guests:
I live in the building and can help you with anything you may need!
I remain fully available should you need anything, just ring at my door or don't hesitate to call me (Béa +33760010407) or my husband (Alan +33667680637)!
FYI: you can communicate with me in French, English, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian. I also understand some German, Polish, Hebrew and Russian!

About the host
Hosted by Béa

I've traveled the world, lived and worked in many countries but always knew that I would come back to the city of love, the city I love : Paris! I always said I wished I could see Paris for the first time but if I can't do that, I least I can try to help you discover Paris through the eyes of a real Parisian!
