Ski weekend

Clean, comfortable. Property need some TLC. One bed was a mattress on the floor. Dishwasher did not have an upper rack. Still had a lovely stay, it just needs a little help.

Very nice. One ill member was able to isolate on a different floor, which was convenient. When I asked a question about firewood I got a response about the WI-FI. Made no sense. Never got the answer on firewood.

Really nice place for summer getaway/winter ski trip！

This place is really nice for a whole family or a bunch of close friends to stay for a getaway trip！ It's clean and neat and has a lot of activities to do like billiard/bbq, we had a very good time there!

No water

Arrived at the house and everything looked great. Turned on the Water and realized It didn’t work. A few phone calls and a few hrs later. Property manger came out an said they’ve had issues with well pump since winter. No one pre checked the house like they were supposed to. Had to be moved to another house.

We loved this house. It is so spread out and comfortable. Although we were only a family of three, we could have easily fit a few families. The house is so comfy, clean, and has everything you need for your stay. We will be back!

Nice cozy and super clean

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house. Extra points for the pool table! Easy to find, clean and a complete kitchen with everything we wanted to prepare a great thanksgiving meal. Thank you for hosting us!

Nice getaway

My husband and I spent a few days here. The area was a bit far from grocery stores and gas stations. A lot of dirt roads. The house was tidy but not clean. The sofas were dirty, the showers leaked, the garbage depoasal had a short and would not turn off or start by itself. The TV was not connected for service. I don't think I would recommend this place to my friends.

Great stay, as pictured.

Property was as pictured and home was very clean. Jetted tub upstairs was spotless and relaxing. The deck was spacious and was great to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The TV does not have cable, but we used our laptops anyway. Wifi was very reliable. The only downside was that the downstairs (where the pool table is) smelled extremely damp and musky. It was pretty overwhelming so we just chose not to hang out downstairs. I recommend the homeowners get a couple of air filters to help fix that issue. Other than that it was a great stay and would definitely book again for our next trip to Vermont.

Carpets and couch extremely dirty. Beds were fine. Kitchen and utensils clean. TV didn’t work. Some windows lacked screens. It was hot during our stay. Would have been nice to open all windows.

Wardsboro VT trip

Upon arrival, the outside garbage can was completely full, with several bags leaning up against it. After contacting the owners through the VRBO message system 3 (yes THREE) times to try to get the garbage taken care of, I gave up, and we had to deal with piles of garbage outside the door. By the end of our stay, it was starting to smell. There seems to be some sort of management issue here.... The house itself is nice - well stocked kitchen, great deck, nice game room, but it does need some TLC (the overhead light/fan in downstairs bedroom does not work, the casement windows are REALLY hard to open/close, the living room ceiling lights do not work). Had the garbage been addressed at all, I would have rating this house higher, but reaching out 3 times and not getting resolution really isn't acceptable.

Snow mountain Farms 7/2-5

House was clean and beds were comfortable. Not enough seating in Loving Room for 6 adults. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, but no wine glasses or drinking glasses. We're concerned about propane in grill and was pleased with response from management company. Had a nice stay, very clean home, we brought in our folding chairs for extra seating, would recommend!

Nice house in a great location

Overall we were happy with our stay. The house was very clean and nice and had most of the amenities you would want. The only two points of note are: 1. We did not get access codes until the morning of arrival which is no big deal but there is no check in guide. Typically every VRBO I have stayed at have some sort of guide with instructions on garbage, check out, etc and many even include details of local food, hiking etc. This one had nothing. Not a big deal just a point of note. 2. They list a TV but you should know that yes there is a TV but no cable and only a DVD player with no DVD's in the house. Bring your own DVD's or Roku or Amazon stick or some other way to watch TV if you want to. Again, nice place and we would stay there again without question.

Peaceful getaway

This property was exactly what we needed for a little getaway. My only complaint, there was no cleaning supplies or vacuum, Broom, etc. Other than that the house was very well cleaned prior to us arriving. The beds were comfortable and there was a few games supplied as well. There was a few pots, pans, Silverware, but no propane when we arrived. We were a little frustrated there was two empty tanks left on the deck set away from the grill knowing people were coming for a stay. Lucky we found a place to swap an empty tank out. Overall, very well worth the stay.

Communication? zero. No TV at all.

I have never left a bad review at a property but here is the problem with letting a large corporation handle the management of your property. I had a very small problem and had to sit on hold time after time with people that had no way to actually help you. Not only did every remote in the house have zero batteries in them ( which I called in about --deaf ears ) but even when I drove miles to get them the main remote simply did not work and guess what no tv at all. The wifi is poor at best just to give us a future guest a heads up. The downstairs couches were literally health risk you really need to throw them away. Honestly if our requests were addressed I don;t think I would have complained but having no access to the owner is not good. Drop the management company--my suggestion

Good house but missing things

The house and surrounding area is great although the furniture on the deck shown in the pictures doesn’t exist, it was a shame because it’s a big selling point. In stead of being able to have all 6 of us relaxing outside and having dinner we had to move the dining table chairs out (of which there are only 5 which didn’t help our group of 6). The chair swing is still there but it’s gross. There’s also a drive way going round the house which isn’t in the pictures so you lose half of the grass area. It was disappointing because these pictures are clearly a few years old but we had a good time anyway.

Really great place!

This house was great. I stayed here to snowboard at Mt Snow and Stratton with my wife, daughter, another couple and their dog. We had a really great time. Thankfully a well taken care of house which can often be hard to find. Some nice new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen which are not yet pictured online. Pool table in the basement was nicer than expected. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!!

Disappointed a bit

The home has some nice features but there were a few things that were quite disappointing. The rugs had stains and were dirty. There is absolutely NO cellular service, the basement that has the pool table smelled quite musty and moldy, there is only one pool stick to play pool, there weren’t any pot holders in the kitchen which made cooking difficult. The worst thing was after several attempts via emails, I received NO contact from the caretaker of this rental. It was quite frustrating! There were no brooms swifters, vacuums, in the house to sweep up. Also there were absolutely No instruction manual about the features in the home (I.e TV or phone)
