Beautiful vacation villa rental with private pool near Avola, Sicily.
The villa has been recently renovated, and is tastefully furnished. It offers 3 bedrooms and all amenities, to accommodate up to 6 people. The property spans two levels (the ground floor and lower ground floor).
Tenuta Olearum’s various terraces are furnished with tables, chairs and lounge chairs. Here guests can bask in the sun and peacefulness, as well as relax and cool off in the private pool.
The villa is surrounded by the Sicilian countryside, lush with citrus trees and centuries-old olive trees, for a picturesque island vacation.
The villa is just 3.5 km from the sea, in the heart of the Val di Noto. It is an excellent base for exploring the Baroque towns of Noto, Syracuse, Palazzolo Acreide, Modica, Scicli, and Ragusa; and important natural attractions like the Cavagrande del Cassibile and Vendicari nature reserves.
At guests’ disposal: private 1000 m2 garden; equipped outdoor dining areas; private pool with saltwater system (13 x 2.5 meters; minimum depth: 0.5 meters; maximum depth: 1.5 meters); free Wi-Fi internet.
