The Space:
Upon entering into this 1076 Sq Ft / 100 sq. m. unit, you’ll be met by the spacious living room which has a sofa within the seating area, a Smart TV,  contemporary decoration, and a dining table for up to 6 people. The area is flooded with natural light. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with the first brands of appliances and dinnerware. It also counts with a washing machine.

Through the corridor, La Hermosa has three bedrooms ,all of them interior to ensure a perfect rest. The master one is at the end of the hallway and is equipped with a queen-size bed and a desk and chair. The second bedroom has a trundle bed (two single beds), and a desk and chair too ideal for work or study. The third bedroom has a single-size bed. This apartment has two bathrooms, one of them located at the entry, equipped with a walk-in shower, and the second bathroom is bigger and is in front of the bedrooms.
