The 1-room apartment in the attic has a kitchenette (with dishwasher, oven with a glass ceramic hob etc.), dining table, marriage bed and upholstery corner and a new shower room. The holiday home is on a plot of land with a southwestern orientation over 1,000 m2. Here you will find peace and relaxation from the hustle and bustle of everyday life at the end of a cul -de -sac, located directly on the old inner pond. In just 7 minutes of foot, they are already in the bathroom center, where, in addition to shops, cafes and restaurants, the dune heating (fun pool with a very good sauna area) is also located. It is also only a few minutes to the Ordinger Strand on foot or by bike.
