About this property
Amazing flat with a view and terrace on Navigli by Easylife
Beautiful apartment on the sixth floor with elevator (last ramp to do on foot) of a beautiful building with a garden inside which flows a small river, reminiscent of the nearby Naviglio.
THE SPACE
The apartment has an entrance that leads to the large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen and a double sofa bed. The living room also has double exposure and has access to a balcony, which is connected to the terrace above by a spiral staircase. From the terrace, to an exclusive use for half, you can admire the whole city, including the statue of the Madonnina on the Duomo, and sunbathe on the sun loungers. The apartment also has a very bright spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a newly renovated bathroom with shower.
Complete the house Wi-Fi (fiber), hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, sheets, etc..

NEIGHBORHOOD
Navigli is perhaps the most beloved neighborhood of Milan for leisure. There is nothing more Milanese than a beautiful evening on the Navigli to enjoy an opening at sunset with the canal and its characteristic iron bridges that connect the pedestrian loops in the background. There are rooms of all types and for all tastes. On the canals you can do many activities such as walking, cycling or rowing in one of the three companies based on its waters (Milan, S. Cristoforo and Olona).
GET AROUND
The best croissants are from Luca and Andrea on the Naviglio towards the center at 100 meters. The best bread is found by Peter Pan via Vigevano 25. For those who are greedy I recommend the Pasticceria Cucchi corso Genova 1 and Gattullo Piazzale di Porta Lodovica, 2.
The area is very lively with bars and restaurants with outdoor tables. This part of the Naviglio is pedestrian along the canal to the dock. There are shops for artisans and artists. On the last Sunday of the month there is the largest antiques market in the city. Via Tortona just after the station, offers the Mudec Museum, the Fondazione Silos Armani and trendy bars and shops. The metro line 2 that connects the stations of Cadorna and Central is just 200 meters. Tram line 2 is 150 metres away and goes directly into the city centre, to the Duomo. There is a large car park next to Porta Genova station 250 metres away.
