So, in 2020 in the middle of a pandemic our contractor’s broke ground and started to build our home. Later that year we packed all that we owned into a shipping container and put it on a cargo ship along with our cars and waved it goodbye. We followed on a week later being the last plane to leave Gatwick Airport in the UK due to a covid no movement ban.
We rented a house in the village and moved in to a partially finished house Christmas Eve 2020. For the past three years we have been working relentlessly to firstly finish our house and then complete our rental apartment.
We have two freindly rescue dogs that roam free on our property and are always happy to meet our guests.

Why they chose this property
It is a small typically coastal caribbean village. We live in the hills above the village overlooking the turquise sea. The area is peaceful with the natural sounds of the caribbean. The people of Antigua are the most friendly you will ever come across.

Our brand new one bedroom apartment has open plan living with a large wooden deck overlooking breathtaking views of the island of Montseratt and the caribbean sea.
To include a romantic queen four poster bed, large wet room with rainfall shower and a large fully fitted, fully stocked kitchen.
With the ability to preparwe your own meals with ease or frequent a choice of over fifteen local restauraunts within a ten minute drive.
We are surrounded by lush green mountains elevated high above the local village.
We are a fully 'Off Grid' property that is powered by the sun and supplies pure drinking water to all taps/fossets.
Due to our elevation we enjoy a cool breeze 24/7 keeping you comfortable at all times.
With a choice of indoor or outdoor dining dependend on your mood.
Sit with a glass of wine/Gin & tonic watching some of the best sunsets the caribbean has to offer.
We have two friendly welcoming rescue dogs that look forward to greeting all of our guests.
